What happens after the free month?

On monthly you are charged $1, and $1 each month after that. On annual you are charged $11, once, covering the following year. Cancel any time before that first charge and you pay nothing at all.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes, from your account. Moving to annual charges the $11 that day; moving back to monthly takes effect at the end of the year you have paid for.

Do you offer institutional plans?

Contact us and we will set one up. Shared billing for a department is arranged by hand today.

What if my payment fails?

Your account page says so, and Pro stays on while the card is retried. Update the card there and it goes through. Nothing is deleted if it lapses.
